  • German Methodology

The German training methodology is world recognized for having produced many of the greatest goalkeepers of all time. Our methodology is based primarily on the German style of training plus a blend of the best practices from other national methodologies.

  • Mental Strength

Understanding that mental strength and focus are where games are won or lost. We build mental strength to allow our goalkeepers to be prepared to lead and triumph through adversity.

  • High Intensity

We recognize that improvement only comes through training at a higher intensity level than the player’s current level. We always train each goalkeeper at an age and intensity level higher than where they currently are.

Our Key Training Focuses

Complete Goalkeeping

Understanding that shot-stopping is only part of goalkeeping and that positioning and proactive communication can prevent more goals than blocking shots, we focus heavily on the importance of communication and tactical positioning.

Game Scenario Simulation

We blend technique training with difficult real game-situations so that goalkeepers are ready for everything that can occur in real games at the highest level.

Footwork and Agility

Understanding that quick precise feet allow for fast and precise positioning, we train to increase quickness and precision in footwork.

Distribution

Modern goalkeeping at the highest levels requires the foot skills and accuracy of a field player. The ability to quickly and accurate distribute under pressure is highly sought after. Thus, this is a core developmental skill set that we train.

Ambidexterity

Ambidexterity is critical to modern goalkeeping including the ability to make saves to both sides equally and play out of pressure and distribute with both feet. We train to be able to play equally with both hands and both feet.

Decision Making

It is important at every level of the game to understand the risks and options players have on the field, so they can prevent or aid goal scoring opportunities.
